Before Your Appointment
A few important details so we can give your pet the best possible mobile spa experience.
Good to Know
We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times, since each pet takes as long as they need. We'll contact you when we're on the way.
A parking spot for the van near your home and access to your pet. Everything else — water, power, and all grooming equipment — is self-contained in our mobile unit.
We ask that all pets be current on rabies vaccination. Please have documentation available on request.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows at the scheduled arrival window, may be subject to a fee.
Severely matted coats can hide skin injuries and cannot be safely brushed out. In those cases we will recommend a shave-down for your pet's comfort and safety, and there may be an additional charge for the extra time involved.
Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, past grooming trauma, sensitivities, or bite history. If a pet becomes too stressed or unsafe to continue, we will stop and finish what we safely can — the appointment will still be charged for the time reserved.
We happily groom senior pets, but grooming carries added risk for animals with age-related or medical conditions. We groom for comfort rather than appearance in these cases, and reserve the right to stop early.
If fleas are found during the appointment, we'll perform a flea bath to avoid infesting the van, and this will be added to your total.
If something about your pet's groom isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no charge.
